NO BALL GANMES PRINTED ONTO A GREY BACKGROUND USING ENHANCED POLYMER PRINTING

PRINT MEDIA:

300gsm card stock with an enhanced polymer finish.

This piece was firstly vectored directly from the original artwork when it came into our office for restoration and management. We use advanced scanning technology to ensure the piece is the most accurate available.

We then digitally printed on the thick card and use a unique 3D print enhancer to lay a polymer film over the art giving it a very high level of finish. The artwork stands out with a deep still wet look as a result of this stunning process.

This revolutionary technique gives a brilliant tactile finish and we are the only company using this technology ensuring your piece stands out and is unique.

PROVENANCE:

A limited edition run of just 50 of this piece has been created. If the piece is showing sold out then it means all 50 have been sold - and no more will be created. The piece comes with a Sincura authentication certificate and unique numbers on the back - and you can choose whether to buy just the sealed print or a fully framed piece ready for hanging.

DIMENSIONS:

  • Print size: A3 - 30cm height x 42cmm width
  • Framed size: 43cm height x 53 cm width

ABOUT THE ORIGINAL PIECE

Painted 2009 - salvaged 2013. Location Tottenham, London.

No Ball Games was created in September 2009 in Tottenham Green, N15. One of Banksy’s most famous pieces to date ‘No Ball Games’ depicts two children playing catch with a vandalised sign. A number of attempts had been made to deface the piece, most famously in 2012 by King Robbo who holds a rivalry with the elusive artist.

We were approached by the building owner, Josh, to meet and discuss salvaging the piece, which he no longer wanted on his wall. The council had pushed bins against it to cover it from view, it was degrading under the plastic, it had been vandalised, and he was worried about his building having a Grade II listing placed on it.

Josh was one of the most remarkable men I have ever met; he set up and runs an ambulance service for his local community and donated the Banksy piece and all proceeds from future sales to Step by Step, a charity for disabled children in Haringey
